No matter what equipment is used before or for a period of time, it needs to be carefully inspected and maintained. The loader works on the project every day, and it needs to be carefully inspected and properly maintained. Whether it is a large or small loader, The maintenance and inspection methods are similar to ensure the safety of the operation. The inspection contents are as follows:
1. Check the water level, gearbox oil level, hydraulic oil level, and brake oil level.
2. Check for oil leakage, water leakage, electricity leakage and air leakage.
3. Check whether the connecting bolts of the front and rear drive shafts are loose or fall off. The locking force is 530N.M.
4. Check whether the connecting bolts such as the pins are loose.
5. Check whether the tire is damaged and whether the inflation is sufficient (front wheel: 0.30-0.32MPa, rear wheel: 0.28-0.30MPa). The tire pressure is controlled within the specified range. Whether the tire bolts are loose, the locking force is 830N.M.
6. Check whether the dust in the engine air filter affects the air intake effect.
7. Check whether the work lights, indicator lights, etc. are damaged, and whether the lines and pipes of electricity, gas, and oil are aging or damaged.
8. Add grease to each oil nozzle.
9. Check the wear of the brake pads.
10. Avoid accidental contact between metal objects (such as tools, etc.) and battery terminals, resulting in a short circuit.
11. When disassembling and installing the battery, the positive and negative electrodes should be distinguished, and the nut should be tightened firmly. When disassembling the battery, the negative electrode (ground terminal) should be disconnected first.
12. Check the wear of the bucket blade and bucket teeth. When the blade wear is 10cm and the bucket tooth wear exceeds 1/4 of the full length, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
13. The electrolyte of the battery contains sulfuric acid and can generate hydrogen. It is necessary to avoid cigarette butts and open flames near the battery. If the sulfuric acid solution splashes into the skin and eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, and go to the hospital for treatment in serious cases.
14. When the operation is just stopped, the engine coolant, oil in all parts, exhaust pipe and muffler are all at high temperature. If the cover is removed or the oil is drained or the oil filter is replaced, it will cause burns or other injuries. Wait for the temperature to cool down before maintenance and inspection.
