What causes the loader to fail to turn off?

Aug 07, 2022
Loaders are widely used in construction and road construction. From purchasing a new machine to scrapping, it also has its own service cycle, and its working life depends on the working environment, operating habits, different degrees of damage, and the quality of the machine itself. And the service life is not the same. Although the service life is different, it is certain that as the service life increases, the failure frequency of the loader will also increase. With the increase of years, the common failure of the loader is the problem that the engine cannot ignite. However, what we are talking about today is not the ignition failure, but the failure treatment of the loader that cannot be turned off. 1. If the engine cannot be turned off, first check whether the flameout position of the ignition switch is damaged, check the components of the flameout switch, check the power-on condition, and replace the corresponding components. 2. The fuse is broken: There are two fuses next to the flameout relay, one is a 5A fuse and the other is a 30A fuse. Check whether the fuse is broken, replace the fuse and find out the reason for the broken fuse. 3. The electrical plug-in is loose: the working environment of the loader is not good. When the vibration is severe, the electrical plug-in may fall off, resulting in the failure to turn off the flame. We must check whether there are loose components and tighten them well. 4. The flameout relay is broken: It is measured that 327A has power, short-circuit the 101 line and the 327 line, and the flameout can be turned off, then the relay is damaged and needs to be replaced. 5. The problem of the flameout solenoid valve clearance: the clearance between the flameout solenoid valve on and off the oil circuit is unreasonable, causing the solenoid valve to be normal but unable to operate the loader to flameout, which can be solved by readjusting the clearance.
